How JohnRent works

• The object owner publish the object on Johnrent with an updated pricelist
• You as the guest find the object and would like to send a booking request. You can suggest a new price. The booking request is sent to the object owner as a text message (SMS) and as an e-mail including object name, dates and price.
• The object owner decides if the price is OK or will suggest another price (can be the original price from the pricelist or a different price e.g. special offer).
• If the object owner accept the price you as the guest is requested to pay the fee at once.
• Thereafter the object owner and you can communicate directly.
