Pricing

This is the most important part of Johnrent. With a good price strategy the guests will find and book your object. You need to state a base price. We suggest that you state the base price equal to the high season price. When the base price is set you should go into the extended pricelist to select price per season, minimum amount of days to book per season, block your calendar for dates when you do not want to let out the object. If you forget to update the pricelist it is the base price which will be used.

Remember, the guest can send a booking request but it is always you who decide if you approve the booking request or not. This means that if you have stated the wrong price, there are no risk that a guest can book your vacation home. You should however ensure that your pricelist is up to date as a fair service to the guests.
