It takes only 5 minutes to post and advertise your vacation home. You are now able to use this service to reach more guests, new target groups. The best is that you do not pay anything until a guest booked your object via johnrent. The fee is only 5% of the rental fee and thus one of the lowest in the market, again we rent out our houses our selves and need a smart, simple and secure tool to manage the booking process.
With Johnrent.com, you decide if you want to rent out to the guest or not, the guest can´t book directly without your approval. When you have registered your vacation home at www.johnrent.com, this is in short how the process works.
- The guest view your ad and make a booking request. The booking request comes as a text message (SMS) and is also e-mailed to you.
- You answer back on the text message (SMS) with “Yes” if you accept the reservation or “No” if you do not accept the booking. You can also answer through the Smartphone or computer direct at your dashboard in Johnrent. You can communicate with the customer to find alternative nights or if you want to give guests a special rate.
- After accepting the booking, the guest pays directly and they will get a e-mailed booking confirmation. The guest has five days to cancel the booking, thereafter the reservation is regarded as booked. You as the homeowner will have your money at your account seven days after the guest booked.
